    Monday:

    Bjj 2 hrs drilling arm drags, butterfly sweeps/passes, back control/defence

    Tuesday: nothing... fooked from the above, left hip feels like its on fire

    Wednesday: should be Thai boxing but hip still dodgey, so DB bench worked up to 47.5kg x 10, inverted row 3 x 10,10,8, barbell press worked up to 60kg x 8, DB shrugs 3 x 10 x 70lbs

    Thursday:

    (hip getting better) normally lower body day today but gave it a miss,

    incline barbell press worked upto 100 x 7, cg pullups 3 x 10, db press 3 x 10 x 25, shrugs 3 x 10 x 30

    Saturday am

    Mma: 1hr 15mins had to call it a day hip was in bad way

    Saturday pm

    Gym: bench worked up to 130 x 5, pull downs 3 x 8 x 90, shrugs 3 x 10 x 30, leg extensions 3 x 10 x 50, leg curls 3 x 10 x 75
