Bill query

i was recently checking my bills online, which i've just set up. 

anyways, my normal bills all say i've an unlimited download limit, and when i looked online, it said i have 19gb of my 10gb used. and have been using around 20gb per month for the last 5 months, well over my so called limit.


just wondering what the story is with this?

if my bills say unlimited that i receive, why does online differ?

am i getting charged extra for something thats not my fault?

There is indeed an error with thisinformation online which requires updating, If your bill says you have an unlimited download allowance then you certainly do have an unlimited download allowance and please ignore what the online service states in relation to your download allowance. Apologies for this inconvenience.

with a 1mb coonection, i have no worries of ever reaching this
