Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Data protection query

    Hi all,

I received a call today from the managing agents for the estate I live in. The caller indicated they had received 3 complaints over a 2 week period about my dog barking in the back garden in the morning and while I was away. Obviously I had not known this was an issue as I am not there to hear him and no one called or popped a note in my door to complain. Anyhow...on to the 'bones' of my thread..

Can I under the Data protection act, section 4, seek a copy of the complaints against me that are held on file by the property management company. I am coming at this from 2 angles. Data held on/about me by the company and also I am a shareholder in the management company who elects these agents to manage the company (i.e a home owner not a renter etc).

    Your input much appreciated

    Cheers.

you could probably get the complaints but I reckon the names of the complainants would be redacted
