Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, just wondering what recourse one might have in a scenario where quite a lot of work was undertaken in terms of completely re-fitting 2 bathrooms and now finding the plumbing work is worse than bad and has to be re-done? Its actually been described as appalling. The Work was carried out in 2007/08 by a company (which I wrongly thought were reputable apparently!) who are actually still trading as far as I can tell.

Not sure what to do or find in the region of €2K to pay for all re-work. Has too long passed to take it any further with the original company or where would one start?

    TIA
