Picking up a loud tone on 93.2 in Dublin.

Update: false alarm, it's some local interference being picked up by my tuner.

It was nothing, some sort of local interference.

Music in mono on 106.6 in Kildare today, Flirt FM maybe? Didn’t pick up Galaxy.
Midsong on 106.6 there was a recorded announcement of ‘Breakaway -we love it!’whatever that means.
    Edit: Confirmed it’s Flirt.

They must be using a trial version of a software audio processor. That's ok for testing, but for FM use they should use the full product and not the trial.

Picking up Flirt on 106.6. Never heard it in Leixlip before. Covering some distance if they're from Laois.

I heard him last week. I think that is Mr. Easy Radio... maybe that is why nothing is happening with Connect FM at the moment. Retro FM, as far as I can see, is peopled by guys who have been around the block: Derek Jones, Mike Doyle and Paul Wilson. I should also say that I heard an ad for Rain Niteclub yesterday - that's kind of adventurous these days.

Must be off or local as there’s nothing here in North Dublin. On the subject of carriers though, the following stations are without audio tonight:
East Coast FM 96.2/99.9, forgot to check 102.9
    Spirit Radio 89.9/901/92.2

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,901 ✭✭✭JDxtra

It was on earlier, went off at some stage. It's not a permanent broadcast at the moment.

Unreal. Breakaway is such a good piece of software and it's not like it's expensive! Its only 30€ or something. I have it installed on laptop and desktop for when playing music at home or internet radio. Makes the world of difference.

Think its closer to 300 then 30 - saying that its a brilliant piece of software and used by stations for their online output.
