Mail Merge Problem Spacing

Hi Guys, little help please. I am doing mail shot for work and need to send out 150+ letters, I have set up mail merge in excel and everything looks ok, when I go and merge into letter I am getting space between Name and address like so Mrs Mary ............. 123 Driving Me Crazy Ave Loolar Land Thanks Using Microsoft…
