fall at work worth claiming?

i fell in work on a spillage and hurt my hand and lower back. what the hospital initially said was a broken scaphoid may turn out to be a sprained wrist. is it worth pursuing a claim for comp? how much of a settlement does a solicitor take?

Most solicitors consultations aren't dear or are free. They'd be better placed to say if you have a case than anyone. No harm in making an appointment.
