Hi. Have a 40 ltr tank with filter etc etc. 13 fish - mainly goldfish. Added anti chlorine and 2 suckers a few weeks back. 1 has died and 3 more look like the skin is breaking away from their mouth. Going white and red and hanging off. What am I doing wrong or what's the problem ? We've had 5 fish is waterforvcrystal bowl for 6 mo this and were fine but worried they'll all start kicking the bucket !!! ;(

Your fish have/are been poisoned. You need to learn how to look after your tank properly or else your fish will always die.

There's a sticky on top of the forum that will tell you all you need to know about cycling an aquarium.

Also your tank is way way overstocked , even 1 goldfish in a 40ltr tank is too much let alone 13.

I would suggest getting a much bigger tank as even a fully cycled 40ltr tank your fish will still die

40l is far too small for a tank. You'll never keep the water parameters stable. It's easier to manage a big tank than a small one.

As was said, you are way overstocked. You need to move those fish on or they will all die.
