Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do the Liverpool fans realise just how badly NUFC have been recently? I woldnt be surprised to see 4/5 today

Is it all Pardew? There's a decent bunch of players at Newcastle, better than the rest of the teams in that area of the table.

Yeah it is just pardew, cant use injuries as an excuse since january

Tactics and selections have been more than baffling today for a start. No HBA, playing a defensive formation against a spluttering pool side and playing 2 DM's

makes no sense, our second last home game, the other is against a flying Arsenal. I would personally be going for this one

Then again not as if we need the points

Was that Enrique who made that mistake there again? I think he will be the weakest link and Newcastle will try to exploit that side.

Getting a wee bit sloppy for my liking at the back, Pool....

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

NUFC defenders looking sluggish and almost disinterested

Pity Sterling didn't pan out that way but if he beefed up a bit then we would have fairly decent options on the wings.

Is that 4 league goals for Hendo? Not a bad return. Really happy to see him playing well over the last while.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,648 ✭✭✭mav79

Vision by Couthino, Unselfish play by Sturridge and Henderson getting into the box. Love it.

Has impressed me whenever i have seen him play. Did not realize that he was so young.

When he moves into the classical number 10 role for good he should be sublime and that's a conundrum for the manager, not to mention Teixera who is a huge potential talent in the same position.

  • Registered Users Posts: 526 ✭✭✭ManOnFire

considering newcastle banked up the midfield with dm's they've been leaving huge gaps!

The toon players seem unable to control the ball or complete a 5 yard pass

    This will be a rout

This is Newcastle, worst team in the league by a considerable margin at the moment with a manager who wont play his best players

Newcastle can't defend to save their lives.

Don't agree, everyone expected Liverpool to win this, so Pardew will still be with us next season, possibly in the Championship.

Indeed, you could throw in Shelvey as well, oh wait! :pac:

Correct me if im wrong but wasnt Pardew given a rather longterm contract last season?
I recall thinking to myself how crazy it seemed at the time.

Love how Coutinho gets stuck in, he doesn't always win the ball but he makes a nuisance of himself.
