    Was lookin thru the thread from this week last years plenty of reports of 26/27 degrees god that's a distant memory now little did we know a year later and we haven't got close to those dizzy heights of last may

    If we knew this time last year that un favourable weather would stalk us all the way to the present time then we would all have been swamped by depression thank god the forecasts can't see too far ahead.
    great to see that inability to offer any degree of accuracy to longterm forecasting is actually a public service provided by Met.

    I predict this summer will be half full warm:D

    According to an RTE weather bulletin parts of northern England had max temps of only 2c with Scotland more seasonable 10c.

    Unbroken sunshine all day, but with the usual cool sea breeze. Starting to think that the only possible way to feel properly warm here on the coastal margins is to have offshore winds.
