Me and Blobby in the final. My are shot man. 1st fight I was chuck and he was Machida, great standup war. 2nd I was mir he was jds, all I remember was getting blasted with shots and going asleep. Last fight I picked DC against his jds. Had to take it to the ground and use elbows to soften him up before a standup ko win. Honestly could have gone either way. Gonna listen to the relaxing ps4 music for a while to bring my heart rate down.

Went through this career with BJJ, its really helped me get to grips with the submission system now, so much more satisfying! Only three advances needed for a tap with a gogoplata is awesome! Faced Cain and all his stats were 100 but he still couldnt stop it :pac:

Yupp, doing a career on Hard at the moment, haven't lost yet using a fully BJJ guy. Online, I love using Frank Mir's Gogoplata from full mount, much easier to finish the fight then use ground and pound.

Yeah i havnt lost myself, even with 100 stats cains lost his last 5 fights in a row and dropped the belt to travis, who in turn dropped the belt to me after a first round submission. My Sub & GG are 100, then i put up my power in both hands and im more or less set. Havnt came close to losing bar a near slip up v REEM where i nearly got KO'd.

Yeah il give Mir a bash online, the full mounted gogo is what iv been usuing its sick. Same with the inverted arm triangle from mount! I think its just four advances until the finish so fairly decent!

Careful though, just like real life, Mir drops easy. He has some good head kicks but he's subs are where it's at (wish he'd use his Jitz more in real life too). Nothing nice though than finishing Cain with a gogo.

I may just use Jacare, iv been using him online and i like him alot!! Anyone else you would recommend? Havnt really varied my fighters online that much!

Jacare is definitely a better fighter to use instead of Mir but coming up against a skilled player who picked Jones is a nightmare even for the sub specialist.

I mostly play Unranked now, less frustrating and better choice of fighters. I have a lot of success with Chuck in LHW, Conor in lower weights but has a dodgy chin. Rory MacDonald, Nick Diaz, Cowboy, Korean Zombie, Alexis Davis and Zingano are great to use as well.

Im actually going to give diaz a bash, when i used him against axwell i really liked his move set, should be able to finish people with subs quite well to!! His gogo against gomi is pride was awesome to!

Sorry if it's been mentioned, but the UFC are running a competition before the weigh ins tomorrow, for Fight Club members only. Not sure what console it's on though. Prize is 2 tickets I think.

Hello all, I have an announcement for you all.

Our tournament finalists sheehy83 and Mr Blobby are going to be going head to head at the UFC Weigh In tomorrow. Having already proven their skills with the game, they're going to be showing everyone how it's done as a demo of how the game should be played and time permitting, they'll be playing out their final game live. I'm hoping to get down there myself and keep you all informed about how it's going and maybe even take a picture or two to share.

Only seen this now. Nice one Dav - if I had known I wouldnt have went so easy on Blobby and then threw it away! (ok this may have not happened)

Just got an email to say il be competing in the tournament at the weigh ins tomrrow, signed up wednesday. Got to meet at the 02 at before 1:45 so not bad il be in before FC & the general public

That actually worked out perfectly, It's hard to play bad with Bruce Lee, try make the fight look good and still lose. Finished a bit early but we couldn't let it go to the 2nd round basically. Very hard to script that :pac:
