Eircom 1mb Question

    Hi all,i was just wondering if anyone here has eircom 1mb broadband,if so could you please show me your speedtest and pingtest as i am thinking of changing to eircom and i live in a rural area,Mullagh Co.Cavan and 1mb is the highest my line can handle.Also guys how would i go about getting my line upgraded lets say to 3mb of 5mb if possible.Any info would be great guys.and thanks;)

    You will get the same results with every DSL provider, and thats all you can get unless there is a local wireless scheme. The line is old copper and in a rural area wont be changed any time soon(think next decade). Eircom cant even upgrade the urban ones to keep up.

    I am with net1 atm and it is total crap,that is why i wanted to change to eircom,Cant blame me
