    Nice win last Saturday again, any goal time for Berlin or is it to far out to predict?

    Thanks kit and tang. The aim for Berlin is sub 2.30 as it has been for every marathon I have ran for a number of years. Specific marathon training from July so I'll see how that feels when I get started and make a definite race plan the week before the race. Running Dunshaughlin 10k in a couple of weeks and hoping for a good run there to
    boost me into the slog of long runs and volume sessions.

    Great to hear it. While there'll be some competition for the outright win, this year's race is all going to be about the M40 title. Rob Cross, demfad, UltraPercy? Hoping you guys can all stroll into top 5 positions, so I can have the m40 title by default, like last year. :)
