    I'll second that recommendation, I started with GoTri this year (for adventure racing rather than Tri) and have seen huge improvements. Stephan is excellent.

    There are a lot of good coach's around not all are "on line coach's".

    You can pm me if you want as I don't want to give out there names on here without there permission.

    What area are you in? (Might help to get someone nearer you)
