Places to eat in Carlow Town?

Went to college a few years ago in Carlow Town and a few of us are heading back down there Sunday night (Bank Holiday Sunday). Looking for somewhere nice to eat. Any recommendations? Somewhere nice to sit down, few bottles of wine and have a chat to get the night started.
