UEFA: FIFA 14 or PES 14?

Back in 2009 I heard that UEFA had struck a 4 year deal with Konami to have their license in the game. It's now 2013, the apparent end of that 4-year period. So would that mean UEFA's license is open for grabs? And if so, would anyone reckon that EA could try and get it? It would be nice to have a little extra flavour to…
