Contacts not showing up in new phone

    My dad is going from a run of the mill nokia to a windows phone, the problem is hardly any of his contacts are going from the old phone to the new one. Can anyone help here?

    I was a Nokia 6700 classic, I will post up exact instructions in a day or so as I don't have access to the phone at the moment.
