Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How much will this cost?

Firstly, I need a set of terms and conditions written for a website that are water-tight and I need to be 100% sure that they are legally perfect. What type of solicitor am I looking for to do this and are they easily found.

Also, I am wondering could anyone give me an indication of how much something like that would cost, as the solicitor would need to spend a couple of hours reading the website from start and finishing and having a very competent understanding of how it works.

    Thank you.

Don't know, shop around by calling them. Make sure they include a Cookie policy, as that's now a prosecutable offence.

You could always look at other well known sites and use their terms and conditions as a model.

    Realistically, this may be impractical.

the type of solicitor or law firm you want is one that specialises in contract law.

Realistically, its going to be expensive ...depending on the amount of specialist work involved.
