Judgement mortgage

    Hi
    Looking for some advice please.

    A few years ago my business went into liquidation and I was left owing the bank for a business loan.
    After dealing with the banks we agreed that a judgement mortgage would be the best option.

    The issue here is that I was in business with another person, both directors of our company and both named as guarantors on the loan.

    However the judgement was only applied to my home and not the home of my business partner, can I get this changed so that the judgement is on both properties?


    Is there anywhere online I can view the judgement?
