Where can I go to get a copy of my birth cert?

I've been looking around online but I can't seem to find out where I can go to get a copy of my birth cert. Is there a place in Dublin city?

I think there in an office on Lombard street D.2. you can walk in to get it.You take a ticket and may have to wait some time.

Takes about 30 mins and costs a tenner IIRC
