It is as cheap as it's probably going to be. 7" isn't a whole load of screen though and you wont be connected to the internet when out and about so unless you don't have a smartphone it's probably not worth it for the extra couple of inches. That said if you think a 10" screen is too big and you want to be using it for reading it is a good price.

Unsure how much this comes to when all totted up but probably a bit less in price

It's pretty good, but largely depends on how much you value those vouchers.
If you consider them to be basically 20 quid off €190, then it's a decent price.

If not, then it's fairly average.

yes, it uses android ice sandwich so you can just download them from the google play store

It may run Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, but it can be updated to Jelly Bean officially via Samsung.
