Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Staying in the Marina area of Vilamoura in June. Have been to Portugal before, many years ago but not to Vilamoura. Could someone tell me what the beach there is like and does anyone have recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area. We are hiring a car so distance is no object.

    Thanks in advance.

I was there in 2008, stayed in Quarteira, a short walk from the marina. Can't remember too much about it to be honest. Spent a lot of the time relaxing just. The beach is lovely and the town itself is lovely to walk around. Lots of golf courses and waterparks if you're into them.
