Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Phew... I'll bow out now. The biggest 3 points Chelsea could get. Delighted. Don't care about the manner of it. 3 points is all that matters. Back into 3rd.

Draw against Spurs will be grand now. Win kills them off. But that is a huge result.

Sick to think that Mata's goal was the only goal on "Super" Sunday.

What's that got to do with Sian Massey?? Raphael lost the head, kicked out and she flagged. She did her job.

Massey called it in all fairness

Did she call the red? It was a definite yellow for me. Argument for a red but I don't think so.

Buzzing about the result, and I guess I'll have to take down my flag I've been flying for the game at the bridge earlier this season.

    bring on spurs.

    Ya well done Chelsea fans.

Have to listen to Spurs/arsenal fans moan now though.

In fairness, can't do anything but congratulate Chelsea. In fairness to Luis, strikes me he was laughing that he got a free kick in his corner near the end of the game, something which lets him tick the clock down. Still a harsh red though, but I'm sure it won't stop some people thinking Webb is United-biased. :P

Well done to Chelsea, deserved the 3 points. Utd didn't even look that bothered. Very disappointed with Rafael, has had a great season and then does that.

He kicks out, attempted to kick him

    Read the rules

    Its a Red card

That's Luiz making eye contact with a fan behind Massey, also laughing her head off.

United need a midfielder. We had a centre back, winger and a striker in the middle today that is just not on.

Poor team selection by fergie as well.

The waiter gets another one over Fergie. Dire match.

well done rafa, he has beaten fergie again and that's a fahhct

as for webb, did he not get the memo that you ain't suppose to either award penalties against a certain side or send their players off, Fergie may not select Webb for so many big games next season

It was a harsh red card. 9 times out of 10 that gets a yellow.

Huge result, absolutely huge result. In the heart of the Chelsea midfield there resides a little Spanish genius by the name of Juan Mata, the difference today between both teams. Always available, always trying to make things happen, always on the move, just terrific.

Defensively we were solid, Azplilicueta excellent at right back. David Luiz, I like him more and more (and I liked him a lot to begin with) he hasn't been at the club long and already he is Chelsea to the core, great display at the back, always talking, driving the team on and playing his part at the end.

Massive 3 points, Champions League football is looking pretty good right now and along with it, a big Summer.

indeed. that should dispell the myth once and for all (not that United fans ever needed it) that Webb is biased towards United.

Thats 3 points that he has gifted ye...

ya, TBH I don think he expects Rafeal to get a red, nobody did, it never was.

I thought it's a pretty clear red card. Like Del Horno on Messi. Luiz' reaction is of no importance:p

All Rafa supporters forget Fergie leads in head to heads and is still superior and don't even try to compare trophies.

Not really. I had no problem with the initial selection; he was giving Lindy, Anderson and Clevs a start in a match that was only a step above a friendly. Don't think he or most fans will be that bothered we lost given we're getting the trophy at our next match.

I'd query the subs, and am annoyed by the form of some of the players, but they are already off on holidays anyway.

game was always going to be dire when you have the worst champions league winners ever versus the worst premier league winning team ever

Beating a team who have nothing to play for having wrapped up the league with ease..... yeah big time. 20!
