Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Moved in November 2014.
    Build start after 9 months so August 2015.

    4 month build = finish a few weeks before Christmas, so this is pretty fresh.

    Nearly 700,000 for a house in that location ...I don't care what the end result is it won't be worth it..

    How did he land that programme? Seems once they are in you cannot get them out. C4 have Kevin McCoud, Charlie Luxton, Sarah Beeney and George Clarke. Each have their own specialty and all far better than Dermo. They let the clients get on with their build without interfering and impacting their clients budget.

    I'm looking at a site and the wife says if we buy it we should get in touch with Dermo to see if he would do something for us.

    He wouldn't take me on as I'd see through his bull **** very quickly. Bloody architwat
