I know Dermot is a drama queen, but if you think the same and aren't going to take him seriously, why engage him and take place of someone else who would actually appreciate the advice?

My brother did one of these style houses and his only regret is not taking about 6cm - 8cm off the length because you can't get curtains long enough in shops and they cost a fortune to get made!

I think the hard hats/helmets are just for the camera on those programmes.They are completely useless as a Health & Safety item without a chin strap,anything falls from above and hits head,helmet goes flying.Same thing if person wearing it trips over and falls.
