Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why are these two surprised by their roof? Surely this must have been discussed before now???

Why are they building a bit in block and a bit in timber frame ?

They started off praising Dermot to high heaven, and now it's "oh he'd sell sand to the Arabs, we need to be wary of him and not let him trick us"

    Seriously?

Is it just because I am watching it on sky plus and about 30 mins behind but is the dubbing way out for everybody else?

Surely the likes of that cladding would need to be on the planing permission and not something to decide on in a middle of a build ...

Wonder would the metal roof not contribute to lots of moisture internally as it won't be breathable.

I'd say young lads belting a ball off it would make it more interesting :D

I'm sure they're not as bad as we are all making out but it just seems like they're being ungrateful. They probably watched loads of previous episodes and knew Dermots ways and tricks and are tried to keep on top of him, which came across all wrong. I imagine they're embarrassed watching it back.

On a separate not, I live in a rural area with a lot of one-off builds, which all look like Dermots open plan all glass model (which I really like, don't get me wrong). It just seems a bit mad watching every Sunday night seeing "ordinary" houses being built, there's no real novelty factor

    This.

I smell made-for-telly drama being gratuitously inserted here......
