The editing in this series is annoying me. They seem to spend a lot of time faffing about and then it's a mad rush to finish up in the last 5 minutes of the programme. I don't remember previous series being so rushed at the end.

His Mrs must be on a fair whack of cash, not many firemen live in gafs that cost €600K.

I think ge is just excited, probably designing his house in the way that would be very familiar to him. He lived there most pf his life and not doing things like neighbors did it can be a bit alien.
