Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

"He didn't like it when he was questioned on something"......hmmmm possibly because he's a qualified architect with years of training behind him, and you have neither!!

She appears to have put Dara's balls in the cupboard too. And locked the door.

    Really don't like her

She has a right to question some design decisions like anybody who is paying for anything.

I don't get all the hatred here.

How did he find the pregnancy?

Aaaaaaah now I remember this episode from last year. I thought yer man Dara looked familiar.
It all made sense when I saw that discussion about the roof

.....Probably not a repeat, Sarah knocked down the house, and is putting the mother in law through it all again.

I get that, but not in the way she asked it. She said it like she was the experienced one there "Have you ever xxxx before?"

She calls it black and white, no give. That's how she pissed off the builder.
    He said as much.

To be fair, there's no reason why yer man can't go find his balls. Don't really see why she gets flak for having opinions just because he's soft

Dont think Dermo likes these two, Sarah is not impressed with the roof not joining, Id say she is a right stroppy cow, hubbie has no say in the matter,

Earlier there were a few micro looks ( think they're called ) when dermot asked Mary a question and you can see the contempt on Sarah's face - momentarily mind you she smacks a smile on quickly

I'm enjoying this. Why would any fool sign up for this invasion.

Taking 5k on the chin is a lot for a builder.

Taking 5k on the chin is a lot for a builder.

Particularly when the total work is approx €200k, including decorating and furnishings, kitchen etc.
I'd imagine it's a decent chunk of his profit.

He wanted to go find his balls but she had them locked up in a press.

To be fair, I agree with her over the laminate floor. It's far better wearing than semisolid these days for a much lower cost. Much better guarantee and doesn't dent. Pretty much indestructible.
