Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    IT management.
    She's probably earning a 6 figure income.

For once I'm feeling sympathy for Dermot, she doesn't seem to understand her budget limitations

IT manager. Great wage and all you have to be is a clueless spoofer in my experience

It's on the Malahide Road, down near the Fairview end, just up the road from Kavanaghs. Does she think Dermot is an architect or an interior designer

Ok I foresee this lady needing to input more money into this house

*I also think it will look great after. I like her ideas

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,964 ✭✭✭✭Thargor

Is anyone having trouble picturing what the house actually looks like? Did they even show us? Ive had this problem with Room to Improve many times, whereas in Grand Designs you know what the place is like after 5 minutes, better camera work required...

seems like the typical modern customer . she thinks she is in charge and can dictate whats done and for how much. once you sign the contract , every charge is going to cost money.
she seems totally clueless about what her money will get her.
