Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Room to Improve.

Wouldn't they need Council permission to remove trees?
It depends on the distance from the house.
    Perhaps they're replacing them.

I wonder how many times have they had to revisit planning either during the build or afterwards for planning retention. I'd be thinking a lot.

I didn't have anything major or interesting to add to the thread discussion all week but I enjoyed reading this thread all week as much/more than I enjoyed the episode - hoping for same from tonight's show!

    Thanks to all.

Just saw the letter stages of last weeks prog yesterday. The house looks very well, except for the trolley.

I was in the park in Fermoy yesterday, Susie and Dave from two weeks ago have removed all the trees from the front garden. So instead of just seeing a glimpse of the house, you can now see right up to it, clear as day. So after all her fussing about privacy, the whole of Fermoy can now see in to them!

What a big issue this isn't

we need to get back to the down to earth homeowners with realistic expectaions and budgets and have dermot stay within those budgets

This lot sound like they have good catfighting potential - three opinionated, related women - recipe for (entertaining) disaster!

70's kitchen, some people are paying good money now to get the very same style put in.

I'd love to have all that space, it's right beside the city too.

Strange two sisters planing on living together in a new house. Must have no plans for the future.

FWIW the rocks that they just showed there is the setting for the famous "Duelling Banjos" scene in Father Ted. The fairground scenes were filmed in a car park at the end of the road, about 200m from that house.
