    I wish they would do one where the client has a really small budget and show people how to get great results on a budget. That's the real challenge . If you have enough money to throw at it you can get whatever you want. No challenge. Much harder to get a small property and small budget and see how to fit everything in

    Yes I never understand where someone can go 40-50% over budget without much problem, for me I'd factor in 20% as an absolute max that I could extend to and would stuggle with that.
