I like most of it. But that alien bathroom looks odd. I'd say the neighbours aren't happy looking at but setting the upper valuation of houses on the road at 1.1mil will certainly take the sting out of it.

I like most of Dermot's designs but the expression "The Emperors new clothes" springs to mind here. They've spent over €1 million on the property and the trip to the cinema was completely lost.
