Houses are or were "staged" with furniture a few years back, probably still are now. Neptune used to provide this with the option to buy out afterwards at some discount.

That was a good look back but I'm surprised he didn't mention the concrete wall. It would be good to get one that involved going back and talking to the home owners again to see if they still like the changes and if they changed anything. I think they had one of those 2 years ago but it would be nice to have another next year

My original comment was just because your padre seemed to have ideas based on his own bias and not science. Lightning being attracted to metal in a building is a myth.
