Sitting in that room, it's clear his slats - at a slight angle- would have given more privacy and it was needed.

What an ugly window with two big thick vertical bars considering all their chat about the view. Ruined it.

Lovely. I'd never leave that kitchen/living room

Ok I'd never leave the bedroom either.

To be honest I couldn't care less what house looked like if I had that view.

You know for all the moaning during the week I'd much rather go for dinner and pints with last week's couple than this week's.

    * It does kind of remind me of "The Pav" in Trinity, or similar, for some reason. Bit of a clubhouse look...

Yeah, I'd imagine there would be a lot of light coming in from the lights in the tennis courts particularly.

I like it and the view is amazing, I taught first budget was 220 but came in under budget at 290 ? That doesn’t include shed I presume and garden is not done.
No big drama this week around what kitchen to put in.

That was the crappest episode ever.

It was so badly edited. Not a brick laid until 40 mins in then just fast forward to end. What is the point of that?

    Very weird episode + couple.

I have really enjoyed all the episodes so far apart from this one.

Tbh glad it was included for view but really that was all episode was about.

Can they walk from the bedroom into the roof and if so how did they get away with no safety railing in the planning.

It's nice, some serious scandi vibes.
I still think they bought the original house for way too much, view or not.

I don't think it was fully complete!

I would have liked to see the shed!

I think the slats would have improved it, those fence panels took away from it all for me.

Beautiful views, Tramore isnt the best beach in Waterford but the Donerail is smashing, Great spot when its stormy.

From what I heard, it was listed for much less, and they came in with that bigger offer

Dermot briefly mentioned no rail up so one of two things they didn’t get planing for balcony or no budget.
