Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I like Mr Posh Builder. When I win the lotto I am going to get him to build my dream house. :)

I won't be letting that other fella (Dermot) near the shed let alone the house

But but but you could connect two sheds with a glass atrium?

    Did Dermot cause that delay?

Could the builder not have worked on something else?

120 metres going down, would be better going a bit more down and looking for oil.

He worked on another show. Last season maybe. He's actually from Kells, Co Meath- we all speak like that down here!

I know it's a delay, I know it's frustrating, I know it's extra rent, but it'll all be worth it.

Easy knowing Dermot's not paying for this build

It's a disaster for builder if they don't have another job to go to.
