Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why are they putting the revised steel work out to tender and delaying the build? Very odd for a private build...

Will they be allowed replace the front windows with similar looking double glazed windows?

They could have tidied up the front windows in that Rathmines house!

(Which I would DIE for btw!)

    I don't like the exterior/the yellow walls.

    Doubt they can change that??

Oooh, Dermot indulging in a bit of client-blaming next? Boo hiss!

Unless "her" refers to Patricia, of course - and I'd bet my Granny he'd never DARE to say that to camera!

I used be off the impression that the bigger the house the better. Maybe its from watching these type shows. Now I'd rather a small bungalow that's easier to heat and keep tidy any day. You only live in two or three rooms anyway...

More house, more cleaning, is my motto.

I think the integrity of calling it "an old schoolhouse" is long and gone at this stage....

    It's just not that anymore.

I'm amazed as a listed building it got PP for all that development....

No info on implications of being a protected structure. It would be a lot more interesting than this hyped up bullshot "drama"!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,653 ✭✭✭✭amdublin

    OH NO!

That looks like a big barn beside the schoolhouse.

    I don't like that.

That builder should just walk offsite, it's crazy changing things on him.
