Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

€200 for a plant? It would want to be producing a regular cash crop.

    Anyone ever seen dermots gaff?

Do you think there's a courtyard in it?

I was thinking that too, I wouldn't be keen on having a pool where there are children. I'm sort of biased though, I had to be dragged out of a pond by my Dad when I was three.

I've seen it - the walls are made of glass and the windows are made of bricks and there's 7 glass atria. It's all about light.

Hire a crane to take out the digger for a few grand or you could leave the digger there as a feature, would please most male visitors to the house.

Storage design in boats is just the most amazing thing. Literally not a square inch of space is wasted. Clever move turning to that for this project!
