Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

She has to be related to dermot. They are identical!

Figured it out, she reminds me of Stephanie Roche

I can concentrate on the house again

A mix of Stephanie Roche and Derval O'Rourke imo

I am being snobby here...but is it in an estate of (ex) council houses?

That's what I thought. Think it looks like an ex-council estate.

Them stoves have no place in built up areas.

Why is Dermot attempting to salvage this foundationless walls??? Why didn't they demolish and build a brand new house?

Planning permission would be required which would set back the build by at least 3 months

Surely planning permission would be needed for what he is doing anyway?
