Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Oh **** off builder!

I doubt he'll be getting any further commissions on the back of this programme!

The builder should stick to building...unless he's auditioning for a similar show on UTV Ireland or TV3

    Another not-a-fan of that house.

A sliding door vs a few cushions? Really???

Short term gain for..... not a lot!

Ha ha Dermot is going to cry when he gets into the car.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,713 ✭✭✭BabysCoffee

I feel sorry for Dermot about the sliding window/door

Definitely not friends with the builder.

I think the builder assumed the role(s) he did due to the fact that Dermot is hard to get in touch with, very hands off.

I reckon dermots only there for cameras alright . That would wreak my head.
Jamie'd put legs under hens for you Id say

They said at the start that the house used to be his grandparents house, wonder if he inherited it from them?
Great house for 180,000 euro or whatever the budget is up to now!

What happened there with the window???

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,351 ✭✭✭✭Harry Angstrom

Would that be Mr. Kube with a "K"?

    Dermot needs a big hug

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,653 ✭✭✭✭amdublin

Why do people on this program bother getting Dermot in at all?

Like yeah I think you know my opinions on Dermot (and that is why I wouldn't use him) but these people set out to use him and then just don't listen to him.

Why bother with an architect at all if you are not going to listen to them????

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,517 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

    Dermot looks seriously rattled.

The room needs a slider or folding windows, you don't often get a chance to use them, but on long, warm summer evenings they are worth every cent.
