Both of them are from the other end of the country. They probably don't have a bustling social life in Dublin where they can invite 20-30 friends around for drinks.

What happened the builder?
Was there no housewarming?
Did it all end in tears and in between hiccups they managed to squeeze in the "we're delighted, and we're all friends, honest" bit?

I thought they would have had the Christening party at the end. Maybe it had something to do with falling out with Jamie ?? Strangely edited edition of the show. I liked the finished house, lots of lovely interesting features. Have to admit that I'd be found on the landing taking a sledge hammer to that window.
I could NOT live with that

I'd say the baby's arrival put paid to that, and possibly they couldn't get the builder to come back and say nice things about Dermot!

Delighted for the couple, it looks like a home

I'd be happy enough with what was done with that window. Not ideal, but it does the job.
