Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd forgotten how funny Sarah Jane is! A good room to lay someone out in, what a comforting thought for Mammy!

They should sign her up as co-presenter, alongside Dermot.

I could watch that episode once a week for a very long time.

    Heartwarming :)

ETA - as opposed to next week's one.... if I remember rightly, she was a VERY high maintenance client!

I had to get my lazy ass off the couch to post!!

What a great show - I love the daughter!!! She reminds me of me and little grey playing the mammy!! hahahaha, we are just like that!!

I loved her notions of no curtains and getting new dressing gowns!

Great show! I bet she will have her "stuff" insitu though - and good for her!

I had a little heart tug when they were talking about the late dad, little grey is like that with me....."ah, happy tears for a change".......xxxgsw

From what I remember, she caused such a stir at the time that the episode was broadcast that Ray D'arcy interviewed her the week after. Loads of people were asking where she got her coat/wellies/hat/anything she wore throughout the episode lol

    It's a repeat.

And I'm not sure I'm going to last the distance, she's very unlikeable!

It's Sarah Jane next week

Okay we all need to regroup for this one! :D She was fantastic :)

Edit. Oops I read above post wrong. Last week, not next week

Thought this one would be a bit more interesting but the end product is the usual open plan, paint everything white and have lots and lots of windows.

Are they putting Sarah Jane on every second week now?

Not that I'd complain, she was brilliant - but a bit OTT :D

I don't think it's following original airing order, seems to be all over the place as to the episodes they are showing.

To be honest, i knew from early on it would be paint by numbers. When the builder runs so far ahead of the architect on such a timeline, then all the architect can really do is try and keep up, it would be very hard to get too many unique elements into that house on such a budget.

It was on today aswell, it was the show where they converted the boat shed/warehouse into a house in Dun Laoighre

When are they going to match the scheduling to what's listed in the telly pages? This episode was llisted about two or three weeks ago, and something entirely different is in the listings.

What the hell is going on... It's seven o'clock and Room To Improve is on... I can only presume that Dermot wanted more light...

Yes and to totally ignore the clients budget limits.
