Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Love the red doors, but not with the wooden worktops. Can't remember what the finished product looked like, but maybe I'll be convinced when I see it all together.

Oh Holy God, I'd forgotten the giant lump of wood blocking the view out that all-important window with The Best View In The House.

I swear, Dermot would try to convince anyone that black was white, the way he's talking about that beam being an addition to the window/view. Bull**** of the highest order!

No more than the window cut in half by the stairs at the end of the last series, I'd have absolutely killed him.

Yeah, I was at my mother's watching CH4 and switched over at the last minute. I couldn't remember if this was the one with the beam blocking the window.

I agree, that other programme with the split window on the staircase was absolutely malojeon altogether. Just horrible. This was not much better. Didn't see it tonight, but I remember it well. what the heck???!!!

    Of course, Dermot was brilliant...

I dont like it, they're living in an artists studio or gallery, its just a glass box. Like 90% of RtI episodes I suppose.

Yes. I recognised her. I'm sure they are having a whale of a party in their lovely house.

Are ye all watching reruns, or is there a new series that I've missed? From the comments, they sound like reruns.

Very unimpressed with that one last night, it was rendered an awful colour and I hate those massive windows Dermot insists on putting everywhere, must be awful to for privacy. I have a tiny skylight in two rooms which gives great light and is totally unobtrusive.

Have to say, I enjoyed last night's programmme. I liked the couple and I think Dermot did a surpising job in suiting thier needs. Also enjoyed Patricia's and the Builder's contributions.
