Sky broadband customer in listowel .Yesterday eveving phone and broadband went down and haven't got it back as of 1 o clock today.Down in Cork now rang sky from friends house .Rep cannot escalate the case because they are certain procedures he has to do first like check the phone socket and connections .So he asked me to…

What happens when you ring your number from a mobile does it ring out or do you get busy or unobtainable tone. Also is the phone completely dead it could be a line fault when both are off together.
