Sore from a workout- do I rest today or do light exercise? or power on?

    As the title suggests.
    I started back exercising at the weekend. I managed 5km both days and did all the stretches and cool downs but I am paying for it today, in my ass and the sides of my thighs ouch!

    Any advice appreciated.

    Get a good pair of running shoes and a post workout mix with bcca
