In addition to the scheduled 15.05 Galway-Heuston on Sunday a 14.45 service will also operate serving Athlone and Portarlington only. Seems more of a stock movement as only added late last week. Not in PDF timetable.

Garda press release telling people to "turn right" at a freeflow motorway junction. You take exit A or B, you can't "turn right"... right?
Garda - Traffic Alert BLOOM 2013.
    TRAFFIC ALERT BLOOM 2013

There is large volume of traffic on the N4 heading to BLOOM. Motorists travelling on the N4 should divert onto M50. They should take the Blanchardstown exit - Junction 6 and turn right and head towards City Centre on the N3. They can then enter the Phoenix Park to BLOOM via the Castleknock Gate or the Ashtown Gate.

The turn that would be made is at the main roundabout at the Blanchardstown interchange - it isn't a free-flow movement.

I'm wondering just how busy it can be if the Parkgate, Chapelizod Gate and Knockmaroon Gates aren't enough.

They forget to mention the toll.

During race times, I imagine only the Saint Stephen’s Green stop will be affected.
