IEC alternative?

    hey folks,
    so I missed out on the IEC just wondering if there is any alternative?
    if i was able to get a job offer without a visa can the company do anything by means of a written letter or by providing some sort of documentation?

    I applied for a few before I missed out on the visa and have received multiple offers for interviews. whats the likelyhood of a company doing this?

    They are all outdoor centres of some sort which teach kayaking/rafting and other outdoor persuits.

    any advice would be greatly appreciated.
