Switch from BComm International to BComm?

Is it possible to switch from Commerce International to Commerce at the end of 2nd year if circumstances (financial etc) meant the student was not in a position to go abroad for 3rd year? Thanks to anyone who replies - I looked at the website but could find nothing about this.
