Eircom hosting problem

    I am logged to my client's ftp serversite but cannot download or upload files.
    I can rename files on server.
    I can upload the file to another server.
    Any idea what the problem is?
    I had no problem uploading last July.

    What is the error your FTP program is spitting out?

    That is a server side issue.

    What FTP program are you using.

    If you are not using filezilla then try use it and report back. If you are using filezilla try flashfxp. If one is working and the other isn't then it is a misconfiguration in your usual program.

    It's not an eircom issue though, that's for sure.

    Try Filezilla, there is a mac build available here
