Helicopter in Kilcolgan

Does anyone know why there was a very low flying Helicopter in Kilcolgan this morning? It was around 11 am and the chopper was very low, looked to be just above the electricity pylons. Seemed to heading towards Ballinderreen direction, did not look like the Garda helicopter.

Its the electrical line inspection and happens quite regularly....... the notice of when its happening does be posted in the national press.
