Honda Lawn Mower Parts

    I'm looking to get parts for a Honda Lawn Mower, specifically two back wheels (the drive wheels). Is there anywhere to get spurious parts or cheaper parts? Its proving slow to get it from the local Honda dealer.

    The internet, maybe? The shopping option on www.google.co.uk can be good for sourcing stuff (not sure why there's no shopping option on www.google.ie).

    Try giving Atkins in Cork a call.

    Not sure if your trying to be helpful or sarcastic with the opening comment, but yes, I tried the internet but no shopping option to look at products apart from one site which didn't appear to have much for Honda. Will try call said sites tomorrow and see what they say. The main honda group will only deal with dealers and as I said, the local dealer seems to be understaffed as we have used them in the past and again recently but its just too slow.

    I probably looked at ebay.ie because Google is showing a lot on ebay.co.uk for wheels, but I am fairly sure we need more than just the wheel but the whole parts (its for my fathers lawn mower, so ill double check that as I am going on what he told me :))

    I posted here thinking someone may have known particular companies or websites where such parts could be obtained. I assume by 'Atkins in Cork' you mean http://www.atkins.ie/? Will see if they can help also, thanks for the suggestion(s)!

    Though Google are great for localising, there is no http://www.google.ie/shopping :(

    I find it very useful and recently used it to get a used wiper motor for a 20 year old Mercedes (for a tenth of the price of a new one).

    Yes, Atkins in Cork is www.atkins.ie. They are a main dealer for Honda lawnmowers and may be able to help. I bought machinery there recently and found them very helpful.

    You're based in Waterford? It's not too far away, though not dead close to you either. I've a feeling the Fermoy store may be closed, but I may be wrong. Give them a buzz anyway, they may be able to help.
